Okay for those of you who don't know, an email was sent to all Sec 2s parents regarding the AYG thing. Like something about a flu vaccination, but if i'm not wrong it's over already? Additionally, Mr Joseph Tan posted a message on LMS regarding our AYG schedule for week 1 (our parents should have also been informed via email), I will just copy and paste the information here. PS: INFORMATION HIGHLIGHTED IN RED OR BLUE CONCERNS US (2I) -------------------------------- IMPORTANT AYG INFORMATION FOR SEC 2s Hello Sec 2 young ladies, Hope you have been enjoying your holidays! Please the following important points with regard to the AYG involvement: 1. Attire while on duty: AYG Volunteer Polo-T with own dark coloured pants/jeans/bermudas/track pants 2. Bring your own ODT- there will be 2 temperature check every day. 3. The school has informed MOELC that those students with 3rd language would be excused on Monday and during their duty days. 4. Students who have just returned from H1N1 affected countries will not perform any AYG training and duties for 7 days from their date of return. Kindly inform me thru email yhjt@hotmail.com ASAP if you fall into this category. Please see below for your tentative Week 1 Schedule according to your class: Date Time Activities for: Sec 2CHAM Sec 2PIONS 29th June Monday (Training for all) 7:15 am- 12:10 pm Lessons as per normal for ALL Sec 2s 12:10 - 1: 00 pm Lunch Break / Rest (WE WILL MISS THE LAST 2 PERIODS BWAHHAA!) 1:00 - 2:15 pm Gather at Hall for Duty Briefing and Distribution of Attire 2:15 - 2:45 pm Transport to Bishan Stadium 3:00 - 5:15 pm Training-briefing conducted by AYG Organising Committee 5:15pm - Dismissed from Bishan Stadium 30th June Tuesday & 2nd July Thursday (Sec 2CHAM on duty ) [FOR PIONS LESSONS AND CCA WILL CARRY ON AS PER NORMAL] 7:15 am- 12:10 pm - Lessons as per normal 12:10 pm - 1:00 pm - Lunch break / Rest 1:15 - 1:45 pm Transport to Bishan Stadium: Sec 2CH- gather at Weights Rm; Sec 2AM- Gather at Foyer 2:00 - 8:00 pm Perform duty as per allocation 8:00 PM Dismissal from Bishan Staidum 31st June Wednesday & 3rd July Friday (Sec 2PIONS on duty) 7:15 am- 12:10 pm Lessons & CCA as per normal [IF HOME EC IS ON WED WE WILL MISS HALF OF SUSHI MAKING O_O] 12:10 pm - 1:00 pm - Lunch break / Rest 1:15 - 1:45 pm Transport to Bishan Stadium: Sec 2PI- gather at Weights Rm; Sec 2ONS- Gather at Foyer 2:00 - 8:00 pm Perform duty as per allocation 8:00 PM Dismissal from Bishan Staidum I have attached a soft copy of the schedule in the LMS repository under Physical Education folder- AYG : please download a copy if you wish.
